An exit clean is a deep clean of a property once it has been emptied. Green Cleaners provides exit cleans across Adelaide for homeowners moving out before settlement, landlords preparing a property between tenants, and businesses vacating an office or shop.

Exit cleaning questions
What is the difference between an exit clean and a bond clean?
A bond clean is an exit clean for tenants, focused on what a property manager checks at the final inspection. An exit clean covers any property being vacated, including homes being sold and commercial premises.
Should the property be empty for an exit clean?
Ideally, yes. An empty property lets us clean inside every cupboard and along every skirting board. If some furniture is staying, let us know when you request a quote.
Can you also clean the windows and carpets?
Yes. Window cleaning and carpet cleaning can be added to your exit clean.
